Leaving the Closed Species Community (+more)
I'm sorry if this is bad news to anyone, but I need to distance myself from the species community as of now. It's nothing against creators and contributors of the community, It's just my problem.
This means I will be letting go of Coukyo, Tsimu and Diplings. I will be closing the groups. They are now open ideas that do not belong to me. I just need to let go. The ownership database will still be open however, but my contribution to managing them will be sparce. Old designs still belong to their old owners, I'll make sure of that.
But you can make your own "coukyo", "tsimu" etc but the species don't belong to me anymore, so dont credit me on
Inactivity Notice and Reminders
Hi everyone! I hope your week has been going well?
I'm announcing that I will be pretty inactive for a while.
Finals are approaching so I'll be invested in preparing for that...
But other than that, exciting news!
After finals, I'll be spending a week in New Mexico for a traveling art trip. I'll be traveling all throughout the Santa Fe and Taos regions in a van with some close friends to observe and draw the surroundings! Fun fun. During that, my laptop will be unavailable to me. You dont have to be artistic to join, since i'll be judging on overall excellence. You can have a stellar personality and backstory description and an average design and still have a VERY good chance of winning, since i love to see what you guys can come up with! Same thing with art, if the design is wonderful enough to balance out the lack of identity, it still has a very good chance of winning as well >vo b

- Coukyos can have colorful and varying patterns, dyes do exist in their world
- Coukyos can accessorize
- For designs that don't make it, an opportunity to buy them might arise. I'll need to make a pricing sheet for that though, so stay tuned~

- coukyos can have hair, as you can see in my design and traits post above
- Most Coukyos depend on magic and traditional ways more than technology.
- Normal Coukyos do have biological sexes, however sex does not distinguish a male coukyo from a female one. Besides genitalia, there are no physical differences between coukyos of opposite sexes. Sex and gender are considered different items of identification. (this information will most likely be elaborated on in a future post)
- Coukyos are capable of developing pretty advanced culture. Im working on some information about bands and societies at the moment and its pretty common for large bands to develop their own customs over generations of development. Chefs, alchemists, herbalists, n all that jazz can exist as long as the band is well supported enough
